The surgery is closing on Tuesday the 14th of January 2020.

If you would like a copy of your record please call 49509733 and we can have your record available for collection for free from Our Town Doctors or from Blackbutt Doctors Surgery.

Alternatively your new GP can request a copy of your record to be sent to them.
